METCOR, Ltd., dba Learning Systems International (LSI), is a small business whose mission is to design and deliver innovative, impactful training programs. With custom training and change management at the core of our business, we bring a passionate commitment to learning and change, and a mastery of program design and delivery to every project.
We offer a reliable, experienced, and innovative team of training professionals who share our philosophy. We possess the necessary depth of resources to manage large-scale, multi-site training programs, including facilitation of existing curricula; implementation of new, customized curricula; assessment and evaluations of learning programs; and the creation of training content design and materials.
Since 1979, LSI has supported federal agency and commercial organization objectives by building learner-centric curricula and training that use varied modalities to reach broad, complex, and diverse and/or geographically-dispersed audiences. We are experts in creating user-centered training for a target audience, including learner and user feedback, and possess knowledge of many existing federal programs, procedures, policies, platforms, practices, challenges, and applications.
LSI begins each project by conducting an analysis of organizational needs, users, technology, and programmatic goals.
