methodology, LSI conducts training needs analyses. As the first
step in the process of developing your customized training solution,
LSI performs an in-depth evaluation of the needs that your training
solution must meet. This needs analysis helps to identify and
prioritize the areas that need to be trained. The results of this
analysis drive the development of a comprehensive training plan
which describes things such as interactions with your team, training
content, delivery strategies, training tools and media, evaluation
tools, and more.
