Learning Systems International (LSI), as a subcontractor to Apptis Inc., is awarded a Navy Seaport-e contract.The $5.3 billion Navy SeaPort-e contracting initiative lets selected
vendors to use a centralized, Web-based, e-business procurement portal
to procure engineering, technical and programmatic support services
for the Naval Sea Systems Command Warfare Center. Navy SeaPort-e is
a multiple award contract vehicle. Under the contract, Apptis of Chantilly,
Va., will furnish personnel, material, facilities, equipment, test
instrumentation, data collection and analysis hardware and software
