Learning Systems International (LSI), as a subcontractor to Apptis Inc., is awarded a Navy Seaport-e contract.

The $5.3 billion Navy SeaPort-e contracting initiative lets selected vendors to use a centralized, Web-based, e-business procurement portal to procure engineering, technical and programmatic support services for the Naval Sea Systems Command Warfare Center. Navy SeaPort-e is a multiple award contract vehicle. Under the contract, Apptis of Chantilly, Va., will furnish personnel, material, facilities, equipment, test instrumentation, data collection and analysis hardware and software and other services to the Navy. LSI, as a subcontractor to Apptis, will provide training and training
related solutions and services.
