United States Marshals Service (USMS) awards the ManTech Team a task order to implement the Justice Consolidated Online Network (JCON).

ManTech International wins the first task order released under the JCON contract to implement the JCON architecture for the USMS. The task order includes the migration to Windows XP Office Suite and Windows 2000 Operating System. LSI will develop and deliver System Administrator training for over 100 System Administrators and desktop application training for approximately 6,500 users. LSI will conduct training at over 400 USMS offices nationwide.
