Learning Systems International (LSI) is awarded a subcontract to support the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) PRIME Modernization e-services program.

LSI is awarded a subcontract by Unisys to support the implementation of the IRS e-services program. E-services is a suite of web-based products that will allow tax professionals and payers to do business with the IRS electronically including the on-line e-file application. These services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from just about any computer with an internet connection. LSI will provide the following training services on this contract: gap analysis, training plan, curriculum design, customized curriculum development, Interactive multimedia web-based training tool, web-based help system and training delivery. Users of e-services will vary from IRS staff to third party tax practitioners, therefore LSI will tailor the web-based courseware to create separate courses which are only accessible to the intended audience.
