We are very pleased to announce that on January 11, 2012, Learning Systems International, Ltd. (LSI), a veteran-owned small business with 32 years successfully providing training services to the federal government, and its parent company METCOR, Ltd. filed Articles of Merger with the District of Columbia Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs, merging LSI into METCOR. LSI will continue to operate as a division of METCOR, Ltd. and there will be no change to LSI’s management structure, personnel, or current programs.
This merger will allow LSI’s customers to benefit from METCOR’s status as a Department of Veterans Affairs Verified Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), while ensuring the same quality of service on which LSI’s reputation is built.
