As a subcontractor to Harris Corporation, LSI will develop and deliver training in support of the Department of Veteran’s Affairs’ (VA’s) Consolidated Patient Account Centers (CPAC) Management Consulting Services and Healthcare Revenue Workflow Management Tool implementation. The primary goal of this program is the creation of regional CPACs and the implementation of a workflow management tool which will help the VA realize improvements in revenue collection. For this program LSI is the lead on the training solution including the development of several training plans, customized training courseware including both classroom and web-based training and a nationwide training deployment.
