LSI, as a subcontractor to Vangent, provides customized training solutions and support to the Department of Veteran’s Affairs (VA) Health Administration Center (HAC) users and system administrators on Data Warehouse reporting and dashboard tools. This program is a continued expansion of the data warehouse and implementation of new and improved capabilities including the addition of Payment, Eligibility, and Foreign Medical Program data, as well as implementation of new tools and features, such as the Web Intelligence reporting application. LSI has successfully provided training services in support of this Data Warehouse Implementation throughout Phase II and Phase III of the program.
